Frequently asked questions
Is a credit card required to book a med spa appointment?
Yes. A credit card is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. By scheduling, you acknowledge and accept our cancellation policy.
Do you offer complimentary consultations?
Yes. As a courtesy, every client receives one complimentary 15-minute consultation. If you arrive for a scheduled treatment and decide not to proceed with any services, a $50 minimum charge applies.
What is your cancellation policy?
We ask for at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule, so we can offer your time to another client. Cancellations made within 24 hours incur a $100 fee charged to the card on file. Emergencies are reviewed case by case.
What happens if I miss my appointment?
A missed appointment without prior notice is considered a no-show and incurs a $50 fee. After three no-shows, prepayment may be required for future appointments.
When should I arrive?
Please arrive 10 to 15 minutes early to relax and complete any paperwork. We offer a 15-minute grace period. Arriving later may shorten your treatment or require rescheduling, and a $50 fee may apply.
How do I cancel or reschedule?
Call or email the location you booked with. Voicemails and emails count as notice when received at least 24 hours before your appointment. Stamford: (203) 973-7829. Greenwich: (203) 489-3118.
Are prepaid packages and promotions refundable?
Prepaid packages and promotional services are non-refundable. If you cancel an appointment booked with a package or promotion, any cancellation or no-show fee is charged separately to the card on file.
